• Guaranteed best price: If you find the same style of jewelry, with the same gemstone cut, quality grade and metal type, at a lower advertised price from another authorized U.S. retailer within 48 hours of your purchase, we'll match it!
• Simple process: Just contact our friendly customer service team by writing to us at hello@inspereza.com, with a link or screenshot of the competitor's advertised price and we'll take care of the rest.
• Direct source advantage: We source our jewelry directly from reputable sources and ethical manufacturers, which allows us to offer competitive prices without compromising on quality.

They'll be happy to assist you and may request a copy of the competitor's advertisement (digital or physical) or a screenshot of their online offer for verification.

Please note that our Price Assurance may not apply to certain items, such as:

• Clearance items or limited-time sale offers
• Refurbished or pre-owned jewelry
• Pieces from unauthorized dealers. The comparison must be with jewelry sold by legitimate retailers on public websites and not private sellers.

• Competing prices must be publicly visible and not unique or individual sales.
• Gemstones, diamonds and metals must have identical characteristics of carat weight, cut, color, clarity, shape and quality grade.
• The Price Assurance is valid only before purchase.
• Customers must provide a link to the competitor’s diamond for verification.
• Competing jewelry pieces must be from certified retailers, not private sellers.
• Lower prices must be current at the time of verification.
• Competitor prices must be in USD.
• Competitor’s jewelry item must be in stock and available for purchase.
• Special promotions like rebates, gift certificates, or bundled offers are not eligible.
• Pawn shops and auctions are excluded.
• The Price Assurance cannot be combined with other Inspereza offers or third-party discounts.
• Price match evaluations may take up to two business days.
