Additional Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges
Pack Your Jewelry Securely
Please ensure that you pack your item(s) in either the original product box or a sturdy alternative. Include a note inside the package with your name and order number. Specifically mention whether you require an exchange, return for refund or product re-sizing/repair.
All returns must have an RMA number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Items sent without an RMA number, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted. For security reasons, avoid mentioning “Inspereza” on the outside of the box.
Insure Your Return Shipment
We strongly recommend that you insure your shipment for its full purchase value. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
With our free return service, the provided shipping label includes insurance protection.
For cases when you are not using our free service (e.g., free return label quota already met, or returning for resizing, cleaning, or repairs outside of 30 days), we offer expedited return shipping. If you decide to ship the package yourself, you will not be charged for a re-shipping label since you are already covering
the one-way shipping costs. However, if you want us to provide the label, there is a $35 (plus taxes) fee for one-way shipping within the US and $50 for international shipments. Re-shipping costs will be borne by us.
