Return Terms & Conditions
You cannot return or exchange products that are:
a. Damaged, modified or already worn by you.
b. Not listed on our website or specially crafted as per your request.
c. Repaired, re-sized or engraved by another jeweler.
All items must be returned along with the free gift(s) and any certificate(s) as provided in the original packaging. Once we receive your package, it will take up to 2 to 4 business days to process your return or exchange request. All returned items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Team, and additional charges may apply based on the condition of the items or the resolution selected by you on the returns portal. We will notify you of any such charges before processing your request.
Restrictions on Second-Time Returns:
- To ensure fairness and maintain efficiency, each customer is allowed to return an item only once per order.
- If a customer tries to return an item that was received as a replacement or exchanged product, that return will not be accepted.
- Any exchange, Return to Vendor (RTV), or new order made as a result of a first-time return is considered final and cannot be returned again.
